We are currently offering free UK delivery on all orders. We do not ship outside of the UK today.

We have partnered with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment to provide you a fast and trusted shipping service. Your purchase is normally dispatched within one (1) business day and delivered using Amazon's Expedited Shipping normally within one (1) business day.

If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email from Amazon when your purchase has been dispatched together with a link to track your delivery. 


Please read this in conjunction with our Returns Policy in our Terms and Conditions.

Your satisfaction with our products are paramount to us. If for any reason you need to return or want to exchange a product, you have fourteen (14) days from the day of delivery to do so using our complimentary service. We do not need to have received the returned product within the fourteen (14) days if you have organised for the return to be made within this fourteen (14) day period.


 To arrange them, contact us at your earliest convenient using the Contact Us form or chat functionality below. Please share the reason for the exchange or return as well as include relevant photos and/or videos to help us process your request.

We will provide you with instructions for the return within 24 hours.


You are responsible for return postage cost. 

If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging and/or seals, you’ll get a full refund.

In some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include personalised and perishable products, as well as products that have been used or damaged by you. The removal of product tags or seals will be taken as evidence of a product’s use by you.

Refunds and exchanges on purchases made on promotional discount will be calculated at the reduced price. Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.

We will process a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned product, excluding the initial delivery cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund products lost or damaged in return.

Our refund will be returned to your original payment card.
