Which size should I get for my dog?Use a tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler to measure your dog as per size chart below. If the product you have purchased doesn't fit your dog, feel free to get in touch with us to organise a replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay.

Where do we ship to?We ship worldwide globally to all countries. If your country is not listed in our checkout process please get in touch using the Contact Us form.

Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?It depends where your order is in the fulfilment process. Get in touch with us using the Contact Us form or chat functionality below immediately and we will work out a solution with you. If your order has not been sent to our fulfilment partner, we can cancel it and you can reorder it using the correct address.

What are our delivery prices?For UK deliveries, we charge a flat fee of £1.99 (free when you spend over £40). For worldwide deliveries, you will be presented with the delivery fee once you have entered your shipping address. The fee starts from £7.99 and is based on the weight of the goods you ordered. Please note that the delivery fee doesn't include any additional fee incurred at customs for worldwide deliveries.

When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?For UK deliveries, we have partnered with Amazon as our fulfilment partner. We have selected the Expedited Service for all our orders and Amazon will normally dispatch them within one (1) working day and aims to deliver them within one (1) working day. For worldwide deliveries, we use Royal Mail International Tracked service. We normally dispatch them within one (1) working day and Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3 - 5 working days to Europe and 5 - 7 working days to all other worldwide locations. When your order has been dispatched, if you have shared your email with us, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.

How do I return purchases to you or exchange a product?If for any reason you need to return or want to exchange a product, you have thirty (30) days from the day of delivery to do so. To arrange them, contact us at your earliest convenience using the Contact Us form or chat functionality below. Please share the reason for the exchange or return as well as include relevant photos and/or videos to help us process your request. We will provide you with instructions for the return within 24 hours. You are responsible for return postage costs.
